In a significant policy shift, outgoing US President Joe Biden has authorized Ukraine to use long-range American missiles to strike targets deep within Russian territory. This decision, confirmed by US officials, marks a notable escalation in the ongoing conflict between Ukraine and Russia.
The authorization comes as thousands of North Korean troops have been deployed to support Moscow’s war effort, raising concerns about a dangerous new phase in the war.
