Korean TV personality Park Na-rae revealed that singer BoA personally reached out to her after the recent live stream controversy, saying BoA was very apologetic. She responded with warmth, saying, “I totally get it,” showing support and understanding.

On the April 11 episode of MBC’s I Live Alone, Jeon Hyun-moo, who faced backlash over a drunken Instagram live, appeared on the show and had a candid talk with the other cast members.

Park Na-rae gently asked, “Are you okay? You look a little pale,” and Jeon replied, “I’m really sorry,” lowering his head. She reassured him, saying, “There’s nothing to apologize for,” and joked, “Your ears are turning wine red again—such a dangerously charming man,” lightening the mood with her trademark humor.

She also mentioned, “BoA reached out to me and said she felt really bad,” but added, “Honestly, I thought it was funny. I totally understand,” helping to ease the situation with empathy and a cool-headed response.

Jeon added with a laugh, “From now on, the only live I’m doing is the Rainbow Live,” referring to the show’s segment.

The episode also showed Jeon recovering from laryngitis, reading fan comments to lift his spirits, and cringing at his own sentimental words from the live, jokingly telling himself, “Shut up.”

With Park’s warm understanding, BoA’s sincerity, and Jeon’s self-reflection, the episode struck a chord with viewers by showing real emotion and genuine connections.
