Paris Olympics is now one year away but there are still several problems issued. The biggest problem is the swimming game that is taking place in the Seine River.
Last week, there was a triathlon practice game where the players were able to run and cycle around the Seine River and swim in the river.
However, while the practice game had to be held for 4 days, during the last 2 days, players weren’t able to swim due to the high E. coli level of the river.
There also has been a case where they had to cancel the World Aquatics Open Water Swimming World Cup due to the deterioration of water quality.
It is a concern whether we would be able to hold the game in the Seine River for the Paris Olympics.
