Manchester United won 1-0 away to Burnley today. Manchester United took the lead until the first 10 minutes of the first half and created a good attacking situation, but failed to score a goal. 10 minutes into the first half, Burnley starts to gain momentum little by little.
In the 17th minute of the first half, Burnley had a good opportunity and attempted a shot, but it hit the goal post and failed to score. In the 25th minute of the first half, from a corner kick situation, Reguilon's cross was headed in by Evans. However, the goal was canceled due to offside when Højlund had a touch on the ball. After that, the game continued tightly in the first half for both teams.
In the end, in the 45th minute of the first half, Evans' long pass led to Fernades' wonderful volley, leading to the first goal. In the second half, Manchester United continued their good trend until the 60th minute, after which Burnley made frequent attempts to shoot, but failed to score a goal throughout the game. Then, in the 79th minute, Varane came on as a substitute, and in the 89th minute, Amrabat returned from injury.
