On today's broadcast of tvN's "Amazing Sunday", stars Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo surprised viewers with an appearance to promote the upcoming Hollywood musical. Although not formal guests, the two actresses shared a promotional video message. They also called out the chemistry between Kpop regulars Taeyeon and Key, playfully suggesting, "We have great chemistry too, would you like to team up with us for a challenge?"
After the video played, their cast was left in shock and impressed, with the admiration of JYP Park Jin-young for Cynthia Erivo.
Although the appearance was brief, it underlined how the world entertainment industry is embracing South Korea with open arms and confirmed the country's growing status as a pivotal hub in worldwide film promotion. The world premiere of "Wicked" was set to take place in South Korea, further amplifying global hype about the film.
